A 60-minute intake consultation that takes a deeper look at your child’s complete health history, symptoms, patterns, and root-cause signals. Dr. Khazanchi will review prior records and intake forms, order targeted LabCorp testing when appropriate, perform a thorough physical exam, and discuss how the findings help guide the next steps in your child’s care.

This consultation may be done virtually or in person, though in-person is preferred whenever possible so nothing is missed. Having both parents or guardians present helps ensure the fullest picture of your child’s story.

Child does not need to be present — this session is for you. If your Deep Dive was virtual, we strongly recommend this one in person. Both parents or guardians on the call makes implementation at home far more effective.

How does a session work? 20–40 minutes, weekly or bi-weekly. Your child wears a VR headset while our coach guides the lesson in real time. Brief parent debriefs after each visit.

Is it in person? Yes—in-person only at Orzu Kids.

What devices are used? Under 13: PICO Business–compatible headset. 13+ Meta Quest–compatible headset. Coach uses an internet-connected tablet/laptop.

Is it safe? We follow manufacturer guidance. Not recommended for those with seizures/photosensitivity, significant eye-movement disorders, migraines, or marked motion sickness. Stop use if any discomfort occurs. (Meta Quest recommends 13+.)

Is this therapy? It’s part of our integrative medicine approach and an educational/therapeutic support. It is not a substitute for individualized medical care.

VR Coach-Lead Learning

What is it?

We use Floreo® as our virtual reality (VR) learning platform to practice social, communication, behavioral, emotionalregulation, and life skills in a fun, immersive way. Content draws on

established, evidencebased strategies and is delivered in structured, coachled sessions.

Who is it for?

Neurodiverse children and children with ADD/ADHD, emotional dysregulations, ages 5+ (including ADHD/anxiety). We tailor goals after an intake.

What are the skills targeted:

Social & Communication: joint attention, imitation, recognizing facial expressions, orienting to a speaker, initiating/responding to greetings, group conversation, communication in school/ work settings

Life Skills & Independence: responding to questions, navigating the community (bus riding, safe streetcrossing), getting through airport security, grocery shopping, time management and teamwork

Emotional Regulation: guided meditations (e.g., underwater scene), relaxation (e.g., crystal cave), yoga poses and stretches, calming flight scenes, musical play (e.g., marimba)
